SRI International's 60th Anniversary Celebration
On November 6, 2006, SRI International marked 60 years of R&D innovation with a celebration at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, California. More than 400 clients, friends, current staff members, and SRI alumni attended this special event, which included a presentation by Dr. Curtis Carlson, SRI's president and CEO. Technology forecaster Paul Saffo moderated a panel of SRI luminaries from the past, including Douglas Engelbart, Paul Cook, Phil Green, and Don Nielson.

John Toole, the Museum's executive director and CEO,
opened the event and introduced SRI's 60th anniversary documentary movie. |
