Alumni Organization

The Alumni Association is an official SRI organization. Activities are directed by a Steering Committee  who work with SRI's Vice President of Human Resources. Steering Committee members nominally serve for three years but may serve longer if a suitable replacement cannot be identified and the member agrees to continue to serve. A member who becomes inactive may be removed by a majority vote of the Committee.

The Committee elects its own chairperson. SRI's Vice President of Human Resources is an ex-officio member of the Committee. The Committee normally meets on a monthly basis.
