Computer History Museum
SRI is a corporate supporter and member of the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, California and has donated several artifacts to the Museum, including Shakey the robot, a replica of an early computer mouse prototype, and a one-of-a-kind all-magnetic logic computer. SRI is an ongoing sponsor of the Museum's Fellows Awards program, which in 2005 honored SRI alumnus Douglas Engelbart, inventor of the computer mouse and other foundations of personal computing.
