Annalisa D’Andrea

Annalisa D’Andrea, Ph.D., is the senior director of the Center for Autoimmune and Inflammatory Diseases in SRI Biosciences. In this role, she is responsible for planning and management of all immunotoxicology evaluations and immunogenicity testing for small molecules, therapeutics, and vaccines. Her group also supports the development and validation of in vitro assays for small molecules and protein therapeutics.

Prior to SRI, D’Andrea worked at Chiron Vaccines, where she focused on the impaired immune response during hepatitis C infection.

D’Andrea received her Ph.D. from the University of Florence, Italy.
