Jennifer Radcliffe Escobar

Research Analyst, Center for Education Policy

Jennifer Radcliffe Escobar is involved in the evaluation of teacher incentive pay, college and career readiness, and policies for English learners as a research analyst in SRI’s Center for Education Policy. She applies rigorous quantitative research methods in a social science setting using both experimental and quasi-experimental data. Radcliffe Escobar is currently working on the Amazing Educators Massachusetts project, the James Irvine Foundation Linked Learning initiative, and the Reclassification of English Learners project.

Before joining SRI, Radcliffe Escobar taught English in South Korea and participated in international development projects with an educational component in Mexico and Panama. She is interested in the role that education plays in building social capital and its potential to promote equity in society.

Radcliffe Escobar is completing an M.S. in social research methods with a focus on statistics at the London School of Economics. She holds an M.I.A. from the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs and a B.A. in international studies from the University of Washington.
