Keith R. Laderoute
Director, Cancer Biology Program, Center for Cancer Research
Keith R. Laderoute, director of the Cancer Biology Program in SRI Biosciences, is an expert in the biology of the tumor microenvironment. His current research is focused on the regulation of tumor cell energy metabolism, particularly in response to low oxygen and glucose stress conditions commonly found in solid tumor microenvironments.
A previous focus was the development of computational methods to represent and analyze very large biochemical networks such as mammalian signaling systems involved in proliferation, survival, and differentiation.
Laderoute was named an SRI Fellow in 2001.
