Kristen Rouspil

Kristen Rouspil, an evaluation technical assistance coach in SRI International’s Center for Education and Human Services, is project manager for the First 5 Santa Clara and First 5 San Mateo County evaluation services project, which is assessing the impact of the comprehensive early childhood system of care on children from birth through age 5 and their families.

She is also project manager for the Santa Clara County Regional Partnership Grant for Children Affected by Methamphetamine or Other Substance Abuse, which is assessing the effectiveness in expanding and enhancing services for pregnant women and parents of children from birth through age 3 who are at risk of losing custody of their children because of an addiction to methamphetamines or other drugs and documented abuse or neglect.

Rouspil holds a master of public health degree with an emphasis in health education from San Jose State University.
