Marianna Lyulchenko
Marianna Lyulchenko is a research analyst in SRI International’s Center for Education Policy. She is involved in several projects, including portfolio reviews on the Program Evaluation of the Innovative Technology Experiences for Students and Teachers Program (ITEST), school recruitment and survey administration for The Effectiveness of Inclusive STEM High Schools at Scale project, a literature review and site visit screenings for the Evaluation of Strategies for Preparing At-Risk Students for Post-Secondary Success, K–5 student math assessments for the Diagnostic Learning Progressions for Special Education grant, and assessor training and certification for the ENHANCE: Promoting Quality Child Outcomes Data project.
Before joining SRI, Lyulchenko was a research associate at the University of California, Berkeley. She trained a team of assessors on measures of early childhood math development and coordinated a data collection effort in Sacramento City and San Juan Unified School District preschools. For WestEd’s Assessment & Standards Development Services division and the Center for Prevention & Early Intervention, Lyulchenko assisted with standardized test item development and creation of resources for working with students with behavioral disorders for teacher professional development.
Lyulchenko earned her M.A. in education leadership from Mills College and her B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
