SRI's people are great problem-solvers. We work with clients to develop assay methods to evaluate their leads. Our strength is not in competing with companies that focus on offering assays on a per sample basis — it is in developing new assays and screening libraries of compounds for our clients.

Library Assessment

To be used effectively, combinatorial libraries must be screened in medium- to high-throughput assays. More and more, companies are looking for early toxicity evaluations and models for adsorption and metabolism to help select compounds that are potential leads. By designing the correct batteries of assays, companies can pare a 10,000-compound library down to a handful of new targets. SRI can help.
