Pharmacokinetics and Metabolism

SRI's scientists are recognized experts in pharmacokinetics, human drug metabolism, including in vitro models, pharmacogenomics, and bioanalysis.

SRI offers extensive capabilities to conduct pharmacokinetic evaluations and analyses in animals. These in-life studies provide information for selection of dose levels, dosing frequency, formulation, routes of administration, exposure, and interspecies comparisons.

Bioanalytical expertise is required for all of these studies and SRI has the latest instrumentation and experienced chemists to determine drug concentrations and identify metabolites.

Our study directors are available to assist with development of study designs and data interpretation. We conduct your studies in a GLP environment, while applying our experience and knowledge to your particular problem to move your drug or vaccine efficiently through the development process.
