Immunology Services
SRI provides clients with high-quality immunology services. Our laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art resources for analytical and functional studies. Class III containment facilities for bacterial culture and for the study of animal diseases, and modern equipment including fluorescent activated (FACS) and magnetic (MACS) cell sorting systems, are available. The flow cytometry facility is equipped with a BectonDickinson FACSCalibur and a Coulter ELITE cytometer. The group has extensive expertise in each assay offered and the staff is readily available to assist with the design and execution of complex immunological protocols.
