Specialized Facilities

SRI operates maintains state-of-the-art sites, laboratories, and equipment to support sophisticated R&D programs. In addition to our own facilities, SRI operates research facilities around the world for the U.S. government.

Our 63-acre headquarters campus is in Silicon Valley, specifically in Menlo Park, California. Campus buildings encompass more than 1.3 million square feet. We also have locations across the U.S. and internationally, including a 254-acre campus in Princeton, New Jersey with 600,000 square feet, a facility in the Washington, D.C. area, and offices in Tokyo, Japan. All told, SRI has more than 2.3 million square feet of office, laboratory, and R&D space.
