Key Staff

SRI's Envirotechnical Program’s core team, together for over 15 years, has experience working in many global geographic areas and remote sites. We offer substantial expertise in many regulatory areas; federal/state environmental laws (e.g., National Environmental Policy Act; Executive Orders; Federal Aviation Administration airspace; National Telecommunications and Information Administration frequency allocation; state/local permits; and technical applications (e.g., radio-frequency bioeffects, radar coverage, electromagnetic interference, frequency analyses, facility siting, Geographic Information Systems, photosimulations). We have specific experts in environmental compliance, pollution control and prevention, environmental management systems, water and waste water management, hazardous materials identification and mitigation, community outreach, sustainable and green building design support, remote sensing imagery interpretation, and soils and geology.

Our key staff include Patricia Burns, James Manitakos, Amanda Tyrrell, and Linda Hawke-Gerrans. Staff are located both at SRI headquarters in Menlo Park, California, and at SRI’s Washington, D.C., office in Arlington, Virginia.

The Envirotechnical Program provides graphic arts, report editing, word-processing, and coordination. SRI can produce all manner of reports and documentation to client-specified standards in a large on-site publications and offset printing facility. Further, SRI has cleared facilities and security operations, including Sensitive Compartmented Information, Special Access Programs, and Special Access Required facilities. Several Envirotechnical Program staff are appropriately cleared on the basis of government defense and industrial criteria.
