Vessel Homeport Facility Siting

SRI's Envirotechnical Program has extensive experience and expertise in the evaluation of coastal properties and existing facilities for use as prospective homeport or pier sites. Our research has supported the selection and environmental review of prospective dock or homeport facilities throughout the United States, including Alaska.

This expertise includes coastal zone analysis, federal consistency determinations, and permit consulting. Aspects of SRI 's facility support includes performing site feasibility, environmental review, and agency permitting necessary for homeport facilities and related infrastructure for marine and vehicular access, utility service corridors, and pier infrastructure.
