"Hot Topics: Raging Hormones and Their Effects on a Woman's Sleep Quality over Her Lifetime"

Dr. Baker will discuss differences in sleep between men and women. She will also discuss her research about the influence on sleep quality and sleep architecture of the hormonal changes associated with the menstrual cycle as well as during the transition to menopause, when insomnia is a common symptom.
