In this podcast SRI’s Ripu Malhotra explains what a cubic mile of oil (CMO) is, why there is a need for a common unit of measurement for all of the world's energy use, and how many CMO's the world currently uses per year. Malhotra will address what individuals can do now and in the future to reduce energy use, and the large energy issues to be tackled by industry and governments. He will also discuss his book, A Cubic Mile of Oil.
