California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) Contractor
SRI International, a State of California CMAS contractor, is an independent, nonprofit research institute that works closely with federal, state and local government agencies, foundations, and public-private partnerships to solve problems, create lasting value, and make an impact through a wide array of services. Our highly talented staff conduct experimental research, evaluation, strategic planning and consultation, needs assessment, survey research, technical assistance, tool development, and produce a wide range of dissemination products to meet clients' needs. Our multidisciplinary teams focus on a range of issues, including: Education and Human Services: Research and evaluation focusing on outcomes of policies and programs, including community services, early childhood, school partnerships, and federal special education and disability policies.
Education Policy: Research about education programs and reforms, workforce readiness, and teacher professional development.
Technology in Learning: Insights in the design, use, and assessment of innovative tools for interactive learning environments.
Health Sciences: Research addressing challenges at the interface of basic sciences, clinical medicine, genetics, and neuroscience.
Science, Technology, and Economic Development: Science and technology, economic, and educational programs and policies for regions, organizations, and businesses.
Agencies can obtain services from SRI as a certified CMAS contractor based on prices that the State of California have assessed as fair, reasonable, and competitive.
