Poulter laboratory has been involved in the research of fire safety including thermal effects and hazard evaluation for industrial site fires and fires resulting from rupture of gas transmission lines. This research includes fire safety experiments at our remote test site to study detonation and deflagration of natural gas from accidental releases. |
