Poulter Laboratory Programs



Research programs in Poulter Laboratory cover a wide variety of subjects including dynamic response of materials and structures to impacts, explosions, fatigue, corrosion, and fire. Broad areas of expertise include structural dynamics, stress wave propagation, explosives and explosions, penetration mechanics, fracture and fragmentation, and computational mechanics. Research programs include experimental, analytical, and computational investigation.
