Corrosion Degradation Software and Hardware

SRI's corrosion degradation instruments, including hardware and software for detecting, monitoring, and predicting corrosion degradation of steels and alloys, are helping create safer nuclear power plants in the United States and Europe. The research has wide commercial applications, extending to aircraft corrosion, pressurized water reactors, chemical reactors, and the petrochemical and gas industries.
