Optoelectronic Systems Our research in optoelectronic systems focuses on the design and implementation of systems for optically driven, high power (MW), semiconducting switches for utility and other applications. This work is being funded in part under the DARPA/EPRI Post Silicon Megawatt Electronics Initiative in collaboration with a commercial partner.
