Artificial intelligence (AI) and other developments in computer science are giving birth to a dramatically different class of machines–machines that can perform tasks requiring reasoning, judgment, and perception that previously could be done only by humans.
This paper presents the view that artificial intelligence (AI) is primarily concerned with propositional languages for representing knowledge and with techniques for manipulating these representations.
Objective: To conduct a research study and experimental investigation of techniques and equipment characteristics suitable for practical application to graphical data processing for military requirements.
The main object of this proposed research program is to investigate the hitherto unrealized possibility of using one training procedures as the common means to rapidly and remotely design, repair, and redesign devices.
