Daisy Wise Rutstein

Principal Education Researcher

Daisy Wise Rutstein, Ph.D., is an education researcher specializing in the use of evidence-centered design (ECD) in the development and implementation of assessments. Most recently, she has focused on the development of classroom assessments in mathematics, the development of technology-enhanced assessment items, and the application of ECD to large-scale assessments.

Before joining SRI, Rutstein was a research assistant at the University of Maryland, College Park, where she provided support in supplying statistical analyses for the Cisco Networking Academy.
