Dave Bender oversees R&D support to U.S. government counter-narcotics and intelligence community programs, as well as security support to the U.S. Government Special Access Programs and Sensitive Compartmented Intelligence programs.
Bender has experience in signal, imagery, measurement, and signatures intelligence; system security engineering; computer security; and counterterrorism.
Previously, Bender was director of Intelligence and Security at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. He has an extensive Army and Intelligence background.
Bender received his M.A. in education (counseling psychology) from Ball State University, Indiana, and his B.A. in economics from Cornell University. He has a commercial pilot’s license and is a Professional Association of Diving Instructors Divemaster.
