Hannah M Cheever
Research Analyst, Center for Education Policy
Hannah Cheever is participating in a range of projects related to teacher evaluation, teacher development, K–12 education reform, STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), and college and career readiness. Her project responsibilities include performing background research, conducting interviews, collecting and analyzing quantitative data and contributing to written reports for clients.
Cheever's current projects include the Evaluation of the Pharr San Juan Alamo Independent School District Safe Schools Research Initiative and several Investing in Innovation evaluations, two addressing the New Teacher Center and Education Connections.
Before joining SRI, Cheever worked for Urban Teachers as a data coordinator. She was also a seventh and eighth-grade Spanish teacher in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
Cheever earned her B.A. degree in political science from Davidson College, with a minor in Spanish.
