Senior Director, Business Development, Integrated Systems and Solutions
John Bradburn focuses on real-time video processing and target tracking from airborne and ground-based sensors. He also partners with SRI clients to fulfill emerging requirements in intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and targeting (ISR&T) for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies. Bradburn focuses on
- Unmanned aircraft systems (UAS)
- Force protection systems for the U.S. Army’s Base Expeditionary Targeting and Surveillance Systems-Combined (BETSS-C)
- Support for the Army’s Persistent Ground Surveillance System/Persistent Ground Surveillance Tower (PGSS/PGST)
- Support for U.S. Air Force’s Digital Video Laboratory
- SRI’s TerraSight product suite
He also served as a U.S. delegate and participating member of the NATO Industry Advisory Group that focused on new technologies for target acquisition of terrorists.
Previously, Bradburn served 18 years in Northrop Grumman’s Advanced Systems and Technology Development group. There he was responsible for coordination of business development related to internal research and development activities. He also managed specialized programs involving rapid prototyping.
Bradburn was a key participant in the development and fielding of a precise geopositioning technology system of record that supported the targeting of precision guided weapons for the U.S. DoD and coalition partners. He also participated in development programs supporting the B2, EA-6B, Global Hawk, JDAM, WCMD, and JASSM weapon systems.
Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Bradburn worked as an electronics engineer for the U.S. Navy, developing data acquisition and graphics display sub-systems supporting 3-D radar cross-section measurements of airborne platforms.
