Wang received his Ph.D. in educational psychology and M.S. in statistics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he used advanced statistical models to address complex data structures and taught both graduate and undergraduate statistical courses. Wang also served as a statistical consultant, providing recommendations on faculty members’ and graduate students’ scholarly work.
