Krystal has 13 years of experience in strategic and operational support for the U.S. federal government, non-profit organizations, and private sector companies. While working at SRI, she has played a key role in developing the Quantum Marketplace for the Quantum Economic Development Consortium and managed several program evaluation-oriented projects for the U.S. Department of Energy and the National Science Foundation.

Previously, Krystal held roles through Head of Operations in work related to using technology to help ensure factory workers’ safety and well-being. She has also advised and managed projects for a sanitation-focused social enterprise in Kumasi, Ghana, and provided process analysis and recommendations for U.S. federal agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement, U.S. Marshals, and the Defense Logistics Agency of the Department of Defense. Krystal received a master’s degree in Business Administration from INSEAD Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
