National Early Intervention Longitudinal Study (NEILS) Final Report
This National Early Intervention Longitudinal Study (NEILS) report presents the key findings from a national longitudinal study. This report summarizes some of the key findings from this 10-year study and notes their implications for policy, practice, and additional research.
Thirty-Six-Month Outcomes for Families of Children Who Have Disabilities and Participated in Early Intervention
Results suggest that Part C early intervention provides important supports for families of young children with disabilities. The findings reinforce the need for experimental research to identify factors that are most likely to lead to successful outcomes for all families.
National Early Intervention Longitudinal Study (NEILS): Family Outcomes at the End of Early Intervention
The report has two primary aims: to describe the outcomes reported by families following their experience with early intervention programs, and to identify a subset of families who were less satisfied with early intervention.
National Early Intervention Longitudinal Study (NEILS): Expenditure Study
This study used the “ingredients” approach or Resource Cost Model (RCM) to analyze early intervention expenditures. The RCM represents a bottom-up methodology for organizing and analyzing resource allocation data.
