Chief Financial Officer
Stephanie DeFino is the chief financial officer of SRI International and leads the corporate finance and accounting functions. Prior to this role, Stephanie served as the SRI corporate controller with oversight of the accounting, payroll, tax functions, and business transformation activities.
DeFino joined SRI from Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), where she spent over 20 years in executive roles, most recently as vice president of financial services/shared services. She was responsible for leading collaborative initiatives between division and corporate groups that focused on achieving optimal performance solutions, as well as managing various teams, including project and operational accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, program control, and compliance.
DeFino has been recognized for her process improvement accomplishments, including leading a costpoint implementation. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
