Kristen Rouspil

Senior Center Manager

Kristen Rouspil, M.P.H., is a project manager with more than 10 years of experience managing projects at SRI. She is project manager for an i3 (Investing in innovation) investigation of WestEd Early Math, which is designed to examine the effect of this innovative mathematics intervention at the end of pre-K, the end of kindergarten, and at the end of grade 1. Rouspil is also the project manager for the study of Foundations, which is assessing if the program helps promote consistent school discipline practices, improve school climate, and increase students’ academic engagement.

Previously she managed the data collection on the Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS) Program in seven San Francisco middle schools for children exposed to trauma. She managed the First 5 San Mateo County evaluation services projects, which assessed the impact of the comprehensive early childhood system of care on children from birth through age 5 and their families.

Her specialized professional competence spans qualitative and quantitative data collection support and analysis, including interviews, online surveys, observations, and case studies; program evaluation; community outreach, community health promotion and prevention, and training.

Rouspil holds a master of public health degree with an emphasis in health education from San Jose State University.
