Research Engineer, Ocean Modeling
Arie Reath has research interests in hydrodynamic modeling in nearshore and riverine environments, computational fluid dynamics, algorithm development, and web development.
Prior to joining SRI, Reath was a field engineer at CDM Smith overseeing a stormwater management project for the City of Grand Rapids. Earlier, she taught undergraduate students numerical methods in engineering while working as a research assistant at the University of Michigan.
She has a B.S. and an M.S. degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Michigan.
