Research Physicist
Harris Rutbeck-Goldman is an experimental AMO physicist with a background in high-precision metrology to measure fundamental properties and constants, trapped atomic ions, quantum information science, and quantum networking. At SRI, he works on programs developing low SWaP-C, quantum-limited atomic sensors.
Harris completed his Ph.D. at University of California-Riverside studying positronium physics. He was National Research Council Postdoctoral Fellow at the Air Force Research Laboratory in Rome, NY. As an undergraduate he was awarded a Critical Language Scholarship to study in Astrakhan, Russia.
