Abstract

In this paper we present the results of comparative study of ozone sensors that are designed using undoped SnO2 and In2O3 films. These two metal oxides are the mostly studied materials and a critical comparison of their response parameters is very important for the determination of the practical prospects of these materials in real-world applications.
