Investigation of a Common Training Procedure for Remote and Rapid Design, Repair and Redesign of Devices

Abstract

The main object of this proposed research program is to investigate the hitherto unrealized possibility of using one training procedures as the common means to rapidly and remotely design, repair, and redesign devices. These devices would be used to perform many useful functions that are now being performed only by devices that are deterministically designed and constructed and that are repaired in a variety of ways.
