Abstract

This paper describes a prototype system for quickly developing joint military courses of action. The system, SOCAP (System for Operations Crisis Action Planning and Execution), with a color map display and applies this technology to military operations planning. This paper describes the Socap problem domain, how SIPE-2 was used to address this problem, and the strengths and weaknesses of our approach.
