Abstract
LEARN Network researchers set out to understand more about the landscape of educational decision-making as it relates to product procurement. The team, led by SRI, surveyed a nationally representative sample of school and district leaders and interviewed a broad array of education leaders and other members of the education community. In this brief, LEARN Network researchers share findings on what motivates decision-makers to procure products, who is involved in the decision-making process, and what sources of information they turn to for informed decisions.
