Alpha 6 Beta 2*and Alpha 4 Beta 2*Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptors as Drug Targets for Parkinson’s Disease
Here we review nAChRs with particular emphasis on the subtypes that contribute to basal ganglia function. Accumulating evidence suggests that drugs targeting α6β2* and α4β2* nAChR may prove useful in the management of Parkinson’s disease.

The comparison of MODIS-Aqua (C5) and CALIOP (V2 & V3) aerosol optical depth
We assess the consistency between instantaneously collocated level-2 aerosol optical depth (AOD) retrievals from MODIS-Aqua (C5) and CALIOP (Version 2 & 3), comparing the standard MODIS AOD (MYD04_L2) data to the AOD calculated from CALIOP aerosol extinction profiles for both the previous release (V2) and the latest release (V3) of CALIOP data.

Behavior Problems in Learning Activities and Social Interactions in Head Start Classrooms and Early Reading, Mathematics, and Approaches to Learning
Early problem behavior in structured learning activities consistently predicted lower academic outcomes (early reading and mathematics ability) as well as lower motivation, attention, and persistence in academically focused tasks.

Glutathione Peroxidase 4 Is Associated with Neuromelanin in Substantia Nigra and Dystrophic Axons in Putamen of Parkinson’s Brain
This study demonstrates an up-regulation of GPX4 in neurons of substantia nigra and association of this protein with dystrophic axons in striatum of Parkinson’s brain, indicating a possible neuroprotective role.
