Upcoming start dates: April 2024, October 2024

Embark on a multi-year quest to build your skills as an innovator. This program provides the environment, tools, and coaching to enable you to achieve meaningful innovation outcomes and spark your intrapreneurial spirit to drive innovation within the context of your corporate structure. Through company-focused, real-world projects, you will learn and apply techniques for stimulating creative ideas and use tools to frame, pitch, and experiment on innovations aligned with your existing corporate strategies.

The first year is divided into four phases: Bootcamp, Explore, Experiment, and Activate. The curriculum in each phase consists of workshops and lectures centered around four focus areas: Innovation, Technology, Silicon Valley Immersion, and Startups.

During the first year of the program, you will complete an innovation project that focuses on your company’s needs. These sessions will guide your project from conception to activation.

The program begins with guided instruction through presentations and structured lessons to help you learn about the unique innovation culture of Silicon Valley and place that in a corporate context to be successful during your time here.
