Neuroinflammation and Alpha-Synuclein Accumulation in Response to Glucocerebrosidase Deficiency Are Accompanied by Synaptic Dysfunction
In this report we describe and characterize two novel long-lived transgenic mouse models of Gba deficiency, along with a subchronic conduritol-ß-epoxide (CBE) exposure paradigm.

Radiation Drugs – Still a Hot Topic
On the occasion of the second anniversary of the Fukushima disaster, it was reported inScience magazine that evacuees were still waiting to go home, but fortunately that radionuclide exposure, at least to radiocesium ingestion, had been limited [Normile, 2013a, 2013b].

Glyco-Epitope Diversity: An Evolving Area of Glycomics Research and Biomarker Discovery
Tumor glycomics research in recent years has uncovered a large panel of tumor-associated carbohydrate antigens and evidence of immune recognition of tumor-derived aberrant carbohydrates.

Computational Models for Neglected Diseases: Gaps and Opportunities
Here, we identify gaps in which computational approaches have been used for some neglected diseases and not others. We also make recommendations for the broad-spectrum integration of these techniques into a neglected disease drug discovery and development workflow.

Taking Stock of the California Linked Learning District Initiative: Technical Supplement to the Fourth-Year Evaluation Report
Technical supplement to SRI International’s fourth annual evaluation report on the California Linked Learning District Initiative. This document provides information and data supporting the analysis of student engagement and achievement outcomes and the student survey.

Magnetic Aspect Sensitivity of High- Latitude E Region Irregularities Measured by the RAX-2 Cubesat
We analyze, in detail, the largest drift case because the plasma turbulence was the most intense and because the corresponding ground-to-space bistatic scattering geometry was the most favorable for magnetic aspect sensitivity analysis.

Two-Round Secure Mpc from Indistinguishability Obfuscation
Here, we show how to achieve this result with only two rounds. We obtain UC security with abort against static malicious adversaries, and fairness if there is an honest majority.

[1-125]AT-1012, a New High Affinity Radioligand for the α3β4 Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptors
We report here the vitro characterization of this radioligand in receptor binding and in vitro autoradiographic studies targeting the α3β4* nAChR.

Vapor Pressure Measurements of Mg(BH4)(2) Using Knudsen Torsion Effusion Thermo Graphic Method
The vapor pressure and molecular weight of effusing vapors of α, β, and amorphous Mg(BH4)2 were determined by Torsion-effusion gravimetric method, under dynamic vacuum. A Cahn balance in the system yielded the rate of the weight loss. Molecular weights measured revealed if the effusion was congruent or there was disproportionation. The vaporization behavior of crystalline Mg(BH4)2, was…
